Michael and Chris Young did a lot of damage for an offensive sweep, while the now injured Brian Wilson picked up the lone save of the matchup. Anibal Sanchez and a trio of relievers helped take strikeouts and holds for the Stuff.

It’s back-to-back wins for the Vendors, who defeated the Angels 9-3, thanks to Kemp, Helton and Cain. Five different players stoile bases for the Angels, including Willingham, who was the pick of their hitters. Cliff Lee and Edwin Jackson helped post a ridiculously good team WHIP of 0.77.

Finally, the Pirates did just enough to squeeze past the Bolts 6-5, taking four pitching categories thanks to Sale, Feliz and closers League and Balfour. Gordon had four steals and Hamilton clubbed three homers. Eight different players homered for the Bolts, including Swisher, who drove in seven.
Don’t forget to put injured players on your DL to free up a roster spot for replacements – they could really make a difference in a close matchup, particularly hitters who have a full week of games and starting pitchers due to pitch twice in the same week.
