An offensive sweep was keyed by three homers from Tulo, a pair from Markakis and Lucroy (who scored eight runs) and three steals from Ellsbury. Lackey, Hamels and Cain took care of WHIP while Janssen had three saves. Kazmir struck out 17 for the Angels, teaming with Iwakuma and Keuchel to take ERA.

On the mound, Jordan Zimmermann picked up the staff’s only two wins, striking out 16, and his shutout on Sunday helped nab WHIP on a tiebreaker. Beltre had a monster week for Beck ‘Nams, hitting three homers, driving in eight and scoring six times. Machi had a pair of holds.

Another matchup, another 8-3 as the Riverkings defeated the Chasers. The hitters and pitchers each took four categories. Montero and Desmond each had three-homer weeks, while Robertson, Allen and Blevins took care of saves and holds. It was hardly a vintage week for the ERA of both staffs, but Buehrle made the difference for the Riverkings. Kipnis and Leonys Martin each had two steals for the Chasers, while Miguel Cabrera, Pence and Crisp posted huge OPS stats. Ryu was the pick of the starters.

The Slugs caused an upset by beating Batteries Essential… yes, you guessed it, 8-3. Donaldson homered twice, the Brew Crew duo of Gomez and Davis combined for 11 runs and Dee Gordon swiped three bases. The pitchers took all categories bar wins, with Sanchez the pick of the bunch. Uehara had the lone save and Betances collected a pair of holds. Batteries Essential took average on a tiebreaker thanks to Gattis and Walker, while Matt Garza won both his starts.

Gallardo struck out 14 while Soria and Frieri had two saves each. For Jesmond, Bailey had two wins and teamed with Fister and Teheran to take ERA and WHIP while Bruce had two steals.

Continuing the theme of upsets, Norwich were dealt a 7-5 loss by Bits & Bytes. Kershaw and King Felix combined for three wins and 41 strikeouts, while Cishek had three saves and Ziegler had a win, a save and two holds in a pitching sweep. Chisenhall drove in seven, as did Rendon, who also belted three homers as the Norwich offense took five categories.

The RBIs had two homers and three steals from The Grandy Man, while Roark and Tanaka helped take WHIP by 0.03.

The Sox had the better of the offense, with Fowler batrting .524 for the week, scoring six times,m while Alex Gordon had a pair of homers, scored seven times and joined Rizzo and Braun in driving home five. For the Butchers, Price led the pitching staff with 11 strikeouts and teamed with Richards to take ERA and WHIP. In a good week for the bullpen, Holland had three saves and Clippard collected two holds.
