Ahhhh, I just love reminders of scoring baseball because it’s going to be a looooooong cold winter without having to figure out situations like that.
By the way, I got the answer right because I am in fact the official scorer in our house. [chuckle…] Double with an out circled in the upper right-hand corner and a note below on who threw the ball to second (either 7-4, 8-4, or 9-4… or it could have been rec’d by the position-6 SS if the ball was hit to right or right-center as the 2nd baseman would’ve been guiding the throw) as clarification on the out. Can’t wait for spring training, as if you couldn’t tell.
