After a disappointing and injury-hit first half, my Isotopes at least managed to finish on a high, defeating the Lollygaggers 9-2. Adam Jones was the star man with four homers and joined Molina in knocking in five while Moreland went deep twice and Ethier batted .556 in an offensive sweep. Sale, Heaney and Chen racked up the strikeouts and made the difference in WHIP while Jepsen had three holds. Arrieta won twice for Beck ‘Nams, while Kershaw and Lackey helped take ERA and Axford had a pair of saves.
